← Who it is for

Answer fewer “how do I” tickets. Let the app do the task.

A support bot links to an article. The user still has to click through it. Skate does the task in the app, asks before it changes anything, and checks the page before it says done.

Tasks, not answers

When a user asks to change something, Skate changes it in their session, as them. When they ask a question, it reads the answer off the page they are on.

An inbox of what it could not do

Every request ends as done, partial, not confirmed, or could not do. The ones that failed, and the ones where your app has no way to do it, land in one list. That is your next help article, or your next ticket to product.

Never a false “done”

Skate says done only when the page shows the result. Partial is reported as partial. In our latest run on three apps it made 2 false claims in 98 goals, both on Documenso. We publish them.

A way to a human

The user can take over at any moment. Skate never types passwords or card numbers; it hands those steps back.
